West Philly's Making Moves - Hip Hop Needs To Get Healthier
Text us some feedback or your suggestions!
For this first full episode of the SICK WIT IT revamp, we speak with Stacey Woodson of Nourished Neighborhoods about her efforts to build a healthier West Philadelphia through workshops and organized meetups co-sponsored by We Walk Philly.
In our second segment, we examine the health challenges that seem to be running rampant among Gen Xers of the hip hop industry and how those same issues are manifesting here at home. We also offer some practical and easy holistic health choices to get all of us on a better path.
